About this project
Dan and the Arts Unlimited team were initially brought in to renovate a basement bathroom. During excavation, they uncovered a large sinkhole with active water caused by exterior grading issues. Working with an engineer, Dan safely stabilized the area, installed a pump system, and resolved related concerns including mould.
The scope evolved into a full basement renovation, complete with new egress windows. Additionally, Dan and his team completed an extensive renovation of the main floor bathroom, foyer, and kitchen.
