About this project
Dan and the Arts Unlimited team expertly relocated an outdated fireplace removing the existing fireplace as well as the gas lines. Carefully preserving and reassembling the original brickwork brick-by-brick. Once the fireplace was restored and new gas lines installed, they enhanced the space by replacing a standard glass door with a striking 12-foot glass wall featuring dual sliding doors.
This major structural upgrade maximized natural light and modernized the space. The result: a once-dark, outdated room transformed into a bright, inviting, and elegantly designed living area.
Arts Unlimited also renovated the entire main floor including the kitchen, laundry room, and two bathrooms.
