A planned luxury renovation turned critical when Dan’s team uncovered severe electrical hazards, mold, and standing water. Worse, a missing 20-foot load-bearing beam and compromised floor joists threatened the home’s stability.
The team reinstalled a recessed steel beam, corrected joists, and added proper footings where required for necessary support. With external waterproofing unfeasible, they installed an internal system with weepers and sump pumps. All electrical, HVAC, and plumbing was also replaced correctly
After resolving all issues, the basement was then transformed into a safe, luxurious, and beautiful space.
